FLOS pulls out all the stops to prevent problems, as you can read under the heading ‘Quality assurance’. As such, we stand behind the quality and proper operation of the delivered fasteners, components and products. Immediate action Should there nevertheless be some deficiency in the quality or precision of our products, we will take your complaint very seriously. Our quality coordinator will take immediate action in consultation with the account manager. FLOS will resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible to minimise the delay, regardless of who or what caused the problem. That will be sorted out at a later time. Proactive approach From FLOS, you can expect a proactive approach to complaints and problems. We not only resolve problems quickly, we will also always ascertain where improvements are possible to prevent problems in the future. The same applies to our procedures and processes. We are always critically appraising the way we do business, and where possible we will improve it.
